Tucson Appliance Company is a family owned business and an active part of the Tucson community. Bill Edwards and his son Chris Edwards are the owners of Tucson Appliance along with a number of other businesses, all housed at their Speedway location. Bill is a University of Arizona graduate. He has been an active member of the Tucson Conquistadors, and the Centurions of Tucson. Bill participates in a wide variety of efforts to support local businesses and charities. Chris is a Tucson native who attended Sabino High School. He is a Tucson Conquistador, and upholds the family commitment to be involved in a multitude of organizations in Southern Arizona.

Some of the charities that Bill and Chris have donated time and money to are the Athletic Department at the University of Arizona, University Medical Center, Habitat for Humanity, New Beginnings, TMC-Rock 'N' Rodeo, Children's Miracle network, Autism Foundation, Shop with a Cop, Thank a Cop, Tucson Rotary Club, Lion's Club and Special Olympics. Appliances have been donated to little league organizations, soccer teams and many youth sports teams. The Edwards family has worked closely with members of the military, area law enforcement, and the various fire departments for forty years to offer discounts to the men and women who serve our country and local communities.
